Laser Thread Control SystemCONTACT FREE AND CONTINUOUS THREAD BREAK AND CAPILLARY SURVEILLANCE FOR WEAVING MACHINESBy using the LASERSTOP 4080/4082 laser thread control system, a multitude of faults can be detected during the weaving process. Normally the weaving machine will be switched off by the thread control system after the detection of a fault.The LASERSTOP 4080/4082 thread control system makes possible- The detection of broken threads and nests in the open front and/or back shed positions.- The detection of broken threads at the yarn run-in position that fall out from the yarn sheet either above and/or under the warp threads.- The surveillance of capillary faults on the surface of the woven cloth.The LASERSTOP 4080/4082 thread control system can be used on working widths- up to 20 metres in the case of thread breaks and shed surveillance- up to 5 metres in the case of capillary surveillance.
