Thanks to modern dyeing processes, not only can characters, lettering and graphic elements be precisely reproduced, but contours, shading and colour gradients can also be recreated.
After adding a new cutting plotter to its innovative machine pool, emcobau is now able to produce logo mats in all kinds of special shapes with meticulous precision. The resulting products are referred to as shape mats.
The carpet mat can be laid in any location, e.g. directly in the entrance area as a means of reinforcing the corporate image or at the POS to serve as a carefully placed advertising tool. Additional reinforcement along the 20 mm wide tread border and backing material in non-slip nitrile rubber offer effective protection against the risk of tripping. The carpet-mat pile consists of top-quality high-twist nylon that guarantees the durability of the printed motif, feels pleasant underfoot and provides excellent moisture absorption.
