Kerala Balers Pvt. Ltd is part of US$ 36 Million Karan Group of companies. We, Karan Group, are the largest producers of Coir/Jute/Sisal doormats, area rugs and broadloom carpets. Karan Group consists of The Alleppey Company Limited, Kerala Balers Pvt Ltd and William Goodacre & Sons India Pvt Ltd. Even though we have 3 separate legal entities, each Karan Group company provides their customers with the wide range of products produced by our sister companies with seamless service integration. We have 7 major factories spread across the states of Kerala and Tamilnadu. We have specialized in the mechanized methods of manufacturing. We own and operate more than 80% of all power-looms working in this Coir/Jute/Sisal industry. We have 110 power-looms spread across 4 of our weaving facilities. This includes 27 Jacquard looms that can weave Coir/Jute/Sisal fibers - a unique offering from Karan Group.
