Tire Tile made from used Truck and Airplane Tires
Tire Tile is a durable 12" x 12" entrance floor tile made from used truck and airplane tires. It offers strong traction, rugged looking , ideal for entrances of Malls, Airport Jetways, Golf, Ski resorts, commercial office buildings, Grocery Stores. Long lasting and low maintenance.
The Characteristics
We gather used truck and airplane tires from around our factory and also from neighboring areas. We take the side wall of the used tire , cut them into long strips, these strips are then buffed which bring out the nylon inside the tires to create a chenille like surface, the strips are then glued onto a strong base to make the tile. The rest of the unused parts of the tire we powder them and use it for other purposes like in the road construction etc.
We have a small manufacturing plant, but we have in place all guidelines to make the production low pollutant and low emission.
We do not use child or forced labour. We have strict guidelines in regard to the safety of our workers.
