The Characteristics
Plastic floors dominate high-traffic areas, but Design Parquet’s ROC Varnish changes the game. It allows public and private spaces to choose natural wood parquet — the only truly sustainable flooring. Easy to maintain, highly repairable and long-lasting, it can be renewed through sanding and given a fresh look with a new varnish or oil. ROC Varnish delivers proven performance with 20,000 to 50,000 Taber cycles and very low VOC emissions. Crafted from predominantly European-sourced oak, every Design Parquet floor is produced in France, on demand.
ROC varnish is made by Design Parquet in our French Manufacture. The ROC varnish is water-based, so it contains fewer solvents than other products on the market.
Design Parquet is committed to a CRS approach since its very beginning. We have be awarded the Ecovadis bronze medal two years in a row, enlightening our daily measures. For instance, 99% of our production waste are recycled.
