Tredaire, renu®, is a carpet underlay made from 98% recycled materials and is 100% recyclable at the end of its life. renu® is the most ethically sourced and recyclable carpet underlay we’ve ever made.

Energy Efficient: renu® has a high tog rating, which means that it is a great insulator, helping to keep your house warm, save energy, and reduce noise.
Long Lasting: renu® is made from high-density foam, which means it will protect the pile of your carpet from premature wear. This means your carpet will last longer.
Comfort: Made from high-density foam and with a thickness of 9mm, renu® is suitable for all areas of the home, providing new levels of comfort.
Interfloor was delighted to receive the Gold winner for the National Flooring Innovation Awards for renu®, signifying it as being best in class when it was launched.
renu® already has a reputation as one of the most sustainable underlay options. Interfloor was approached by COP26 conference organizers to provide a flooring solution that matched the spirit of the UN summit on climate change.
The Characteristics
Interfloor offers underlays that are made from 92% recycled material and have increased the proportion of underlays manufactured from recycled products from 16% to 70%+ since 2008.
