*One step extrusion with online decoration film laminate ,wear-resisting layer at top and bottom with
sound insulation cushion layer.
*Firstly, surface can be laminated with different design decoration film
*Secondly,can laminate wear-resisting layer at top surface
*Thirdly,can be embossed with different design.
*Forthly, sound insulation cushion layer can be laminated at bottom side.
*All these four point can be done with online system.with online system can save more laminate machine cost ,
for example no
need buy offline embossing machine and Wear-resisting layer laminate machine,so that also can reduce some
manpower cost then reduce the PVC floor board production cost .
