Brief Introduction of Vinyl Floor
PVC Vinyl Floor, also called PVC sheet floor, is a high-quality and high-tech new ground decorative material, adopts natural marble powder to form solid high-density and high-fiber net basic layer, and is covered with super-strong polymer PVC wear layer. It is processed by multiple complicated and refined processes.
There are 4 styles of Vinyl plank flooring for choice: Unilin click,Dry back, Self-adhesive and Loose Lay.
Dry back means the back is plain and has no glue. Clients need to brush glue on the back in installation process.
Self Adhesive (Glue Down) means we stick glue on the back of vinyl plank by machine. When client install vinyl tile, they only need to peel off the paper and stick the plank on the floor.
Loose Lay has special structure which help it to absorb floor strongly. just depends on its weight and special back structure (like sucking disc). No glue or Click is in need on installation. It is very easy to be replaced and removed.
Unilin Click does not require any adhesive and can be fitted quickly and easily. Manufactured with patented push down technology, each piece of flooring simply locks directly into place. Unilin Click provides the same stunning finish as with our traditional dry back products, but without the need for adhesive or a timely installation process
