Product description

The existing screed must be full planed with a tolerance of + - mm 2,00 measured at a distance of mm 2000.

Your own supply of a water-proof layer created by laying a 0.15mm thick polyethylene sheet with joints overlapped by 30 cm and turned edges.

SUPPLY of a 10mm thick elastic matress, fixed with staples under the phenolic playwood boards.

SUPPLY of phenolic playwood boards 15 mm thick, 100 mm wide and 2440 mm long, laid at distance of 305 mm. Such values must be confirmed by the evaluation certifying that the floor meets the minimum requirements set by all the 7 tests according to EN 14904 of June 2006) standards, and copies of official certificates issued by specific accredited bodies specialized in sports floors testing shall be submitted at the time of supply, including 1st level F.I.B.A. (International Basketball Federation).

SUPPLY of Hevea rubber hardwood sport flooring in prefinished, water-proof planks, a standard choice for gyms - no less than 22 mm thick -130 mm wide -1830 mm long; planks are nailed to the substructure with nails of suitable length. During installation, the planks are already provided with slots in order to allow for the natural expansion of hardwood; they come in boards suitable for sport use and, therefore, no less than 22mm thick, in rubber hardwood (multilayer type boards are excluded) with joints formed by tongues and grooves (male and female having minimum cross-section of 6x6mm) on both sides and heads, to allow a perfect installation.
Planks are hot pre-painted with 6 layers of two-component polyurethane paint, so as to ensure a coating film of at least 45 micron and a surface roughness of 0,5 micron.
According to the new legislative framework on reaction to fire, EN 13501 certificates for the whole package must be submitted during the tender.

Thickness of the entire package is 47 mm.
