Van Den Broucke Fine Rugs (est. 1952) is a Belgian producer of machine-woven viscose rugs that has been a reliable business partner for many decades.
In 1952, Leonce Van Den Broucke set up a small upholstery weaving mill. This mill primarily did work for Belgium's neighbouring countries.
Norbert Van Den Broucke, Leonce's son, further expanded the business. In this period, the weaving mill was also adapted for the production of viscose rugs. He introduced Van Den Broucke's viscose rugs worldwide.
Today, Els and Thijs Van Den Broucke are building upon those years of experience. Alongside the production of viscose rugs, new collections that reflect the latest interior trends have been added to the range. These collections are developed on the basis of the latest production techniques and with the most advanced materials.
Our weaving mill is based in Anzegem, in the Kortrijk region, in the heart of the Belgian textile industry.
