Established in 1960 under the leadership of Abdul Ahmad Karimzada, the company exported 70 percent of all Afghan carpets due to their contemporary and artful designs. Their handmade rugs and kilims are high quality and durable. The company works with more than 4,000 weavers, and produces 40,000 square meters of carpet annually. They have trading relationships with firms in the United States, Europe, Central Asia, and the Middle East. They also work with leading carpet design professionals from around the world. They are interested in forming trade relationships to export their carpets, and are open to partnerships for joint carpet manufacturing.
