Power Dekor VHDF Flooring, also called the Veneered HDF Flooring, with three layers: veneer surface, HDF substrate and veneer back board. Veneers are available from many different wood species, with color variations and finishes.
The substrate consists of HDF(High Density fiberboard), a board made from compressed wood fibers. It is very durable and suitable for floors that need to withstand daily wear and tear.
Underneath the substrate is a veneer back board. By heating and pressurizing, we glue the components together to form a durable structure. For installation, you can float it or you can glue it down. VHDF factory certification: ISO90001, ISO140001, FCS-COC, CARB, EPA, FloorScore, CE, TUV.
VHDF flooring factory adopts self-produced base materials, and we have passed CFCC-COC(China Forest Certification) and FSCCOC(Forest certification). The wood raw materials purchased are all known sources, and the procurement way is legal and can be tracked.
Wood is the only renewable, recyclable and naturally degradable green low-carbon material. Regardless of the surface veneer, substrate and backboard, raw materials are organic matter. Veneer-wood floors use less precious hardwood and use the material in a more effective way.
VHDF flooring is removable, which means you can pull up the board and reinstall it in a different place. At the same time, it is recyclable, being made from repurposed natural resources or regenerated forest resources.
Every year, Power Dekor Group will regularly invite professional official certification bodies to ensure that the emissions meet world standards. According to FloorScore® Indoor Air Quality Certified, the Measured Concentration of Total Volatile Organic Compounds (TVOC): Less than/equal to 0.5mg /m3 (in compliance with CDPH/EHLB Standard Method v1.2-2017). At the same time, according to FloorScore test report data, the formaldehyde content of VHDF floor is 10 times lower than the requirement of European standard.
The total content of volatile organic compounds (benzene, toluene, xylene, TVOC) and soluble heavy metals (lead, cadmium, chromium, mercury) in the finished floor was much lower than the limit value of the industry standard. In line with the requirements of regional environmental protection laws and regulations. The adhesive in the production process has E1, E0, Enf three grades, all of which are glue with very low formaldehyde content.
Environmental treatment facilities are invested in the production of VOCs section of equipment to effectively reduce VOCs emissions, and according to the heavy pollution weather warning level, corresponding emission reduction measures can be taken in time. Particular production lines are equipped with dust collectors and dust collecting bags, and the exhaust gas is discharged by a 15-meter high exhaust cylinder. The factory has a completed the diversion of rain and sewage with a sewage treatment station. The leakage prevention management of all kinds of wastewater and waste liquid in the wastewater collection process, secondary transport process and storage process are strengthened.
The factory classifies the general industrial solid waste and household waste accordingly, and recycles the waste for reuse or sells it to qualified resource recovery companies. The contaminated solid waste will be properly placed in the hazardous waste warehouse or temporary storage area, with an excellent whole-process management, and finally handed over to a qualified third party for compliance treatment and disposal. The plant takes advantages of solar energy to generate electricity. The boiler is transformed into a natural gas boiler through technical modification. New energy forklifts are applied and natural gas as the primary fuel for asphalt mixing plants is encouraged. The production process is a coherent automatic production line, which reduces the small errors that may occur in the mechanized production of a single process.
Recycling raw material leftovers and wood scraps improves the comprehensive utilization of wood. The wood powder and sawdust recovered by the dust removal system are sent to the boiler through the pipeline to make material fuel. The purchased wood raw materials in the production process do not use any chemicals, such as anti-corrosion, insect control, anti white mosquito, etc. No flame retardants, carcinogenic dyes and carcinogenic fuels were used.
According to CFCC-COC(China Forest Certification) and FSC-COC(Forest Certification), the factory strictly complies with the standard requirements, does not employ workers under the minimum legal age of 18 years or during compulsory education, and does not employ forced labor.
