5G NXT ensures the same easy, fast, and long-lasting floor installation Välinge’s 5G® technology always provides, and it allows flooring to be removed, reused, and reinstalled elsewhere just as easily. This brings opportunities for flooring producers to manufacture wooden products that are easy to remove, reuse, re-install, and recycle which enables products with less environmental impact.

More sustainable inserts: Even the smallest parts count. To contribute to a sustainable circular economy, our new inserts are made of biomass-balanced materials that have more than a 75% lower carbon footprint.
Take apart piece-by-piece: With 5G NXT, floor panels can be dismantled piece by piece, without the need for tools. It makes correcting mistakes during installation much easier, and it significantly reduces the risk of damaging floor panels during dismantling.
Install. Remove. Reinstall. Repeat: The unique fold-up feature added to 5G NXT makes it possible to remove, reuse, and re-install flooring. Again, and again.
