Our anti-static pvc flooring has permanent anti-static function because it uses conductive static network formed at the interface of plastic particles. As pvc is environmental and innoxious renewable resources, our products have no any radioactive elements. We have the advanced manufacturing technology, our products have excellent stability and wear resistance. So our products are widely applied to electronics, microelectronics, telecommunications, network floor, clean room, computer room and other precision instrument and room for equipment operation. It has two sizes:600mm*600mm and 900mm*900mm and the sickness is 2.0mm, 2.5mm and 3.0mm. The weight of 2.0mm is 3.8kg/m2, 2.5mm is 4.8kg/m2 and 3.0mm is 5.8kg/m2. The electric properties of conductive flooring is 2.5*104-106 and dissipative flooring is 2.5*106-109. The decay time equals 0.4s. The charge voltage equals 70 and the fire resistance grade is B1. Combustion properties equals 0.35s/FV-0. The amount of anti-wear equals 0.014 and the anti-wear properties is T grade. The wheel pressure is not influenced. The dimensional stability of these two products is less than 0.10%. The residual concavity of 2.0mm thickness is 0.03mm, 2.5mm is 0.035mm and 3.0mm is 0.04mm. Color fastness is at least 6 and the resistance to chemicals offers excellent resistance for special sheet. The product conductive properties have been tested before out of the factory, in compliance with good quality standards. Within 1 year from purchasing, no product defects in the materials and technology. Compliance with Huajing regulations for installation and maintenance, our products can have 10-year service life.
