We provide the ideal infrastructure and a whole range of on-site services to make your visit to the Hannover fairgrounds as agreeable and successful as possible.

The on-site restaurants and bistros have something for every occasion and taste, from elegant à la carte dining to charming rustic eateries, to a quick snack on the run.
Reservations are required for groups of 15 or more (see contact below: Messe Gastronomie Hannover).

Need the latest DOMOTEX catalogue or a wireless Internet connection? We have an extensive network of info counters in the exhibition halls and entrance areas where you'll find friendly, knowledgeable people who can help you find what you’re looking for. Need IT hardware, a postage stamp or a train ticket home? No problem. Just head to the WLAN Support/Internet Lounge.

Take the direct route straight to your chosen destination at the Exhibition Grounds. Simply get on at one of the My DOMOTEX Shuttle stops or wave it down – the driver will take you to the hall you want without any detours. Whatever the weather, you can be sure to reach your meeting or business talk comfortably and on time at DOMOTEX.
In cooperation with Deutsche Telekom, Deutsche Messe offers you free on-site Wi-Fi service. Your admission ticket entitles you to free use of our Wi-Fi network (3 hours/ daily), which is available in all halls.
During the fair, persons with restricted mobility can make use of chauffeur-driven vehicles for transportation around the grounds, free of charge. To use this service, please contact the Service Team (see contacts below).
Please note that visitors may only use toilets in halls being used for the particular show they are attending. The friendly staff at the Visitor Information (EBi) counters in each of the halls will be happy to answer your questions and provide assistance.
We offer a specially tailored, all-inclusive support package for air passengers with disabilities or limited mobility. It includes luggage transport, assistance with check-in formalities and a wheelchair service for aircraft boarding. These services can be booked either as a package or individually.
