Why is inviting your customers so important?
Sending a complimentary ticket along with a personalized invitation is the most effective way to motivate customers, leads, business associates and staff members to come and see you at DOMOTEX.
Complimentary tickets are covered by the marketing fee
The mandatory marketing fee covers an unlimited number of complimentary tickets, which can be used either as eTickets or in printed form (voucher). Even for tickets actually used at the turnstiles, you incur no charges whatsoever. So make major use of these free tickets to show your customers how much you care about them, thus making your invitation campaign a huge success.

Take advantage of eTickets
eTickets are ideal for efficient, low-cost, high-gain invitation campaigns targeting a large number of customers and potential leads. All you need to do is state your eTicket code on the invitations you send out.
NEW: To make your e-mail invitation campaigns even more convenient, eTicket codes have been shortened to only 5 digits (e.g. “123XY”), and you can now use a single code for as many eTickets as you ordered. For example, if you ordered 1,000 tickets, the eTicket code you receive will be valid for 1,000 recipients.
You can also hand out complimentary ticket vouchers during personal meetings with business partners. Your invited guests then only need to register their voucher online, after which they will immediately receive an eTicket from us by e-mail.
Online ticket registered required
All complimentary tickets (eTickets and vouchers) must be registered online before the beginning of DOMOTEX. Only after successful online registration will the eTicket code or voucher be converted into a valid eTicket. The registration process needs to be carried out personally by your guest.
The advantage of ticket registration is that we make the daily registration details available for downloading starting twelve weeks before opening day of the show. This allows you to make the necessary adjustments to your invitation campaign. Around 14 days after the end of the show, you will be able to review the actual usage data for your guests.

Local public transport
Please note that DOMOTEX admission tickets and exhibitor passes do not entitle the holder to use the public transport system free of charge. Please buy your ticket before traveling to the Exhibition Groundsshow (ticket zone 1 from the Hannover Central Station).
