Awards for quality, creativity and innovative design in hand-made carpets
- 124 entries from 15 countries
- Prize money: 10,000 Euros
Offering prize money amounting to 10,000 Euros, the Carpet Design Awards celebrate exceptional design, originality and quality in the market segment "Hand-made carpets". A total of 124 carpets from 15 countries were entered in the competition for this year's Carpet Design Awards. A panel of judges comprising internationally acclaimed experts selected the winning entries from the 30 carpets that went through to the final round.
The prize-winners were announced during an entertaining award ceremony on Sunday by Stephan Ph. Kühne, member of the Board of Deutsche Messe AG, and Sebastian Ghandchi, Managing Director of Hali Publications.
